Unlike the previous situation in which we talked about indoor cultivation, when we are dealing with outdoor cultivation, the scenario is very different: the plants will certainly have more space and light and therefore a higher level of yield (in optimal conditions).

Precisely because there are no problems with space, it is advisable to use pots of at least 25 liters: in this way, the plants will be able to grow freely and reach considerable sizes.

Obviously, the size of the container is not a symptom of good or bad income, because the most important aspects are the light and the supply of the right nutrients. As mentioned above, a large pot stimulates the growth of the plant and promotes the free development of the roots.

At this point, it is advisable to make a consideration about the type of plant that you choose to grow. Autoflowering plants normally grow faster than photoperiod plants: to be precise, the former take two-thirds of the time to mature than the latter.

In addition, while photoperiodics bloom in summer and offer only one harvest, autoflowering can offer up to three in a row!

However, the latter have a more or less equal degree of yield both indoors and outdoors, while photoperiods tend to be more productive when grown outdoors.
