Users are hereby informed that personal data provided to Justbob.ch may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations

This information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. Moreover, this general information does not refer to the specific data processing operations that may be performed, within the Site, by different Data Controllers for specific purposes, as indicated in the specific information statements issued by them.

Pursuant to the Regulations, the processing carried out by justbob.ch shall be based on principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

Data processors, data controllers and data locations

The processing operations connected to the web services of the Site take place within the servers of the company NetAdminS.r.l., located in Palazzo C – Ala Piastra – First Floor – Via Caldera 21 – 20153 Milan, which has been specifically appointed to process the data in its capacity as data processor.

Following your navigation of the Site, we inform you that the Data Controller will process personal data which may consist of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, or an online identifier, and these data will be processed in accordance with the LPD regulations

Navigation data 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some access data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Data Transfer Abroad

Therefore, the transfer of personal data to countries that do not provide adequate data protection in accordance with Swiss and European law is excluded, except for transfers based on the prior and explicit consent of the data subject, or on their explicit instruction, or those carried out under a legal obligation

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.

Personal data are also collected when registering on the Website and, with the consent of the concerneduser, at the time of the request on the Website will be used by SAM FRITERIE SUISSE SA solely for the purpose of providing the service to the user.

SAM FRITERIE SUISSE SA may require registration with the creation of a special username and password to access certain sections of the website. The collection of personal data marked with an asterisk in the registration form or during use of the services is necessary to enable the user to access the functions of the Site indicated at the time of registration. Processing methods

Personal data is processed, including by electronic and automated means, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access, including the https secure protocol for certain reserved parts of the site and applications and protection against unauthorised access to servers and other processors in use.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The processing, subject to specific consent where necessary, is characterised by the following purposes

to enable the provision of the services to be requested, i.e.:

– the provision of sales services offered by Justbob;

– requests for contact by Justbob or persons specifically appointed by it;

– access to the restricted area of the Site;

– responding to requests for assistance or information;

– fulfilling any legal, accounting and tax obligations;

The data provided may be processed, subject to explicit and specific consent, for the purpose of sending newsletters via email.

Transmission of data to third parties

Personal data will not be transmitted to third parties, except for the personal data provided by users and transmitted to:

  1. entities that typically act as data processing controllers under Articles 9 – 19 of the LPD, namely: i) individuals, companies, or professional firms that provide assistance and consulting services to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial, and debt recovery matters related to the provision of Services; ii) entities with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of Services (for example, hosting providers); iii) or entities delegated to perform technical maintenance activities (including the maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks); (collectively “recipients”); the list of data processing controllers who handle data, in addition to those specifically mentioned above, can be requested from the Data Controller by writing to the above address.
  2. Entities, bodies, or authorities, autonomous data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data by virtue of legal provisions or orders from authorities.

Storage

Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, in accordance with Swiss federal law.

Rights of data subjects

The interested party has the right to request, at any time, access to personal data, rectification or deletion of the same in accordance with Art. 8 Federal Law LDP, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Art. 13 LDP.

At any time, the data subject has the possibility to: revoke the consent given; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 17 et seq. of the LDP if he/she considers that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the legislation in force.

The interested party has the possibility of formulating a request to oppose the processing of his/her data in which he/she must give evidence of the reasons justifying the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which would not be accepted in the event of the existence of compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party.
