Let\u2019s see first of all what these substances are.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Paracetamol : a jolly drug<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Europe, the category of drugs that have paracetamol as active ingredient (C8H9NO2) is generally referred to with the name Paracetamol. It is, in fact, a metabolite that acts on the neurotransmitters CB1 (mostly present in the Central Nervous System) and CB2 (prevalent in the Peripheral Nervous System), presenting important effects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the following:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Anti<\/strong>-inflammatories;<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Analgesics<\/strong>;<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Antioxidants<\/strong>;<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Neuroprotective<\/strong>;<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Antidepressants<\/strong>\u00a0(among other things it is possible to use\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/www.justbob.ch\/en\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justbob.ch\/en\/\">CBD buds<\/a>\u00a0to counteract the symptoms of psychosis);<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Anticonvulsant<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, the CBD is:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>an\u00a0<strong>effective regulator of blood sugar levels<\/strong>, reducing insulin resistance in diabetics,<\/li>\r\n<li>an\u00a0<strong>excellent regulator of heart rate<\/strong>\u00a0and respiratory rhythm, able to\u00a0restore tranquility\u00a0to the most nervous and stressed subjects.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recent studies have also proved its effectiveness in combating the metastatic spread of breast cancer, proposing it as a new and innovative solution to the fight against cancer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the negative effects of a\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/www.justbob.ch\/en\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justbob.ch\/en\/\">CBD bud<\/a>, however, there is the fact that the cannabinoids included in it (CBD and THC) compete with the active ingredients of many drugs with which they share the receptors with which they bind.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compared to synthetic molecules, in fact,\u00a0CBD and THC\u00a0have an antagonistic action, it is to say they reduce their effectiveness by negatively affecting the bioavailability of their active ingredients.
