In dieser Stadt in den Niederlanden kann man in die ber\u00fchmten Coffee Shops gehen und weiche Drogen kaufen, darunter Cannabis mit hohem THC-Gehalt,\u00a0Hasch\u00a0und in einigen F\u00e4llen halluzinogene Pilze.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt auch eine F\u00fclle von Artikeln, die auf Marihuana basieren, wie zum Beispiel Chupa Chupa, S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten, Bonbons und vieles mehr. Im Gegenteil: Dieses Verhalten verschlimmert sie und f\u00fchrt zur Zunahme illegaler Praktiken (wie Drogenhandel und Strecken von Marihuana und anderen Drogen mit Chemikalien, die f\u00fcr den Menschen giftig sind).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dies bedeutet aber nicht, dass alle Drogen in den Niederlanden legal sind.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p><em><strong>Zum Weiterlesen:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.justbob.ch\/de\/der-cannabis-cup-in-amsterdam\/\">Der Cannabis Cup 2024 in Amsterdam<\/a><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Unterscheidung zwischen weichen und harten Drogen in den Niederlanden<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In den Niederlanden (wie in allen anderen L\u00e4ndern) ist der Verkauf, der Vertrieb und der Konsum von harten und gesundheitsgef\u00e4hrdenden Drogen wie LSD, Heroin, Kokain usw. verboten. Auf der anderen Seite ist\u00a0<strong>der pers\u00f6nliche Gebrauch<\/strong>\u00a0von sogenannten \u201eleichten Drogen\u201d wie Marihuana, verwandten Produkten (Haschisch,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.justbob.ch\/de\/cbd-oel\/\">CBD \u00d6l<\/a>\u2026) und halluzinogenen Pilzen, erlaubt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wer also Gras raucht, auch in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit,\u00a0<strong>riskiert keine Probleme mit dem Gesetz.<\/strong>\u00a0Sie werden \u00fcberrascht sein zu erfahren, dass stattdessen der Handel mit Marihuana nach dem Opiumgesetz von 1919, dem 1950 auch Cannabis hinzugef\u00fcgt wurde, immer noch verboten ist\u2026 Doch obwohl der Verkauf von Cannabis theoretisch illegal ist, wird der Verkauf von Cannabis un\u00a0CBD Haschisch\u00a0unter bestimmten Bedingungen weithin toleriert.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unter diesen finden wir die Tatsache, dass Sie\u00a0<strong>Cannabis nur in Coffeeshops und in begrenzten Mengen<\/strong>\u00a0(5 Gramm pro Person) (ver)kaufen k\u00f6nnen. Auch die Lager der L\u00e4den haben besondere Grenzen f\u00fcr die Mengen, die sie lagern k\u00f6nnen, insgesamt nicht mehr als 500 Gramm gleichzeitig. Nat\u00fcrlich ist der Verkauf an Minderj\u00e4hrige und deren Eintritt in die Coffeeshops verboten. Au\u00dferdem d\u00fcrfen Sie nicht f\u00fcr die Verkaufsstellen und die Produkte werben.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aber woher kommt das hohe THC-Gras, das in Coffeeshops verkauft wird?
